| RSS - Real Simple Syndication.
RSS feeds are a basic information file that allows you to subscribe to a website's content instead of having to manually download everything. We have tried to make life easier for everyone by making seperate feeds for each of our shows, and making seperate feeds for each file type we offer. We also maintain a master feed with everything we produce, but some have said its a bit cumbersome to use. You can use any podcatcher you choose with our feeds, tho some, like itunes, will only accept certain file types.

Here are the feeds for 1337:
- This feed includes .mov and .m4v (ipod) files. This is the feed we recommend for itunes users.
- This feed includes basic .wmv format for average windows users.
- This feed includes our .mp4 files for PSP users.
- This feed includes our XVID format. This will be our overall recommended format once we get our files remastered for conversion.
Here are the feeds for Meet Joe Geek:
